Agile Coach
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to enhance organizational agility, streamline processes, and mature delivery practices.
- Guide the launch and growth of new agile teams, supporting their integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate problem-solving discussions with diverse stakeholders, identifying and removing obstacles to team success.
- Lead cultural change efforts, encouraging innovative thinking and challenging existing patterns that limit progress.
- Design, adapt, and deliver agile training programs to build knowledge and strengthen agile capabilities across the organization.
- Share and promote effective practices drawn from hands-on coaching experience, enabling scalability and repeatable success.
- SAFe SPC (5.0 minimum) certification required.
- Demonstrated success in launching Agile Release Trains.
- Experience in Lean Portfolio Management preferred.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
